My care was good because I was kept informed of every treatment from beginning to end. My questions were answered. I was unhappy because my surgery dates were changed 4 different times, the last one was 24 hrs before which made it difficult as I had to rearrange all my plans 4 different times.

Jennifer the HCA - kind, considerate and very hardworking. I'm an anti-coagulants, she took blood from me and didn't feel it or get bruised.

Communication could be better. Waiting far too long for investigations results and prescription.
